Jack Nicholson’s very first Oscar Award was for his acting was for the Hollywood movie, One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest. Jack Nicholson won the Oscar award for the Best Actor in this movie that was directed by Milos Forman for his role of Randle P. McMurphy in the year 1975. His Oscar for the Best Actor was perfectly matched with his co-star getting the award for the Best Actress. Next was, his Oscar Award for the Best Actor in a Supporting Role for the Hollywood movie, Terms of Endearment in the year 1983. James L. Brooks directed the movie where Jack Nicholson played the role of an astronaut who is retired from his job, named Garrett Breedlove.
